Active Minds is proud to present our 4TH Annual GEMM

We are organising GEMM again for 2008, Gifted Extension Moulding Minds, revolving around highly abled academic children or children with a keen aptitude for learning and who think laterally. If your child is learning at least one year above his peers in at least one subject or has scored well in AIMs, this day is for them.

WHERE: BRAUER COLLEGE, CARAMUT ROAD, WARRNAMBOOL

WHEN: SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 7TH 2008 .

 We would appreciate you being at the Anderson Theatre, Brauer College @ 9.30a.m. Sharp for commencement of morning session and 1.00 p.m sharp for the afternoon session.  Please find enclosed details for the workshops offered and an application form.

Each student may do a morning and an afternoon workshop.

9.00 - 9.30am Registration
9.30 am Sharp Welcome
9.45am Morning workshops commence promptly
12.15pm Lunch B.Y.O. also Speed Chess Tournament
1.15 pm Afternoon Workshops commence
3.45p.m. Finish

There will be class size limits and applications will be first come, first serve. Take into consideration that your child should be able to participate in the program independently.

Children should bring their water bottles, own lunches. The Girl Guides will provide some food & drink. This is a chance to support a Local organization help to raise funds for its members.

We will notify you of your child’s placement in workshops. Please understand that we will do our best to place your child in workshops of choice. We look forward to seeing you there.
